Jaron Kleiman is a dynamic commercial real estate professional with a passion for acquisition, asset management, and strategic planning.

 

With nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Jaron has worked closely with real estate investment managers and developers, helping to fine-tune financial operations and enhance performance across a diverse range of properties. 

 

His journey began at Barings as a Real Estate Equity and Debt Analyst playing a key role in underwriting $4.7 billion in acquisition and debt financing opportunities, and supporting the asset management team in the Central Region. Next, Jaron took his talents to Shapack Partners, a Chicago-based developer, where he dove into analyzing ground-up developments and streamlined financial reporting. Most recently, he contributed to the Strategy and Planning team at LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company. Jaron is now using his experience to support private owners and investors.
